"Always"

She doesn't always understand-
But she listens anyway;
She doesn't always want to
But she does what I ask her to;
She doesn't always keep her mouth shut-
But she always means well;
She doesn't like sharing,
But she puts aside reluctance;
She doesn't always do her own thing-
But she copies out of admiration;
She doesn't always know what to do-
But she knows I am always here for her.
