Dance in the Rain

Move on from sins
and all the pain;
sing in the sun,
and dance in the rain.

Walk away from meaninglessness
and find the soul of life.
Never stop fighting
for what you think is right.

Don’t just fight with words;
don’t fight with your hands.
Fight to hold your ground;
fight to take a stand.

Don’t plant trees you won’t water,
or water something never planted.
Don’t look at life as strict and cruel
and you’ll find it’s enchanted

Don’t roll your eyes at others-
you don’t know what they’re going through.
Don’t be afraid to ask for help
when you don’t know what to do.

Smile as you walk around
on this marvelous stage;
smiles can tame the heartless;
smiles can calm the rage.
