My Heart Burns With Passion

My heart burns with passion-
With music and with life-
With light and shadows,
Glowing embers
It eats what it must,
Not knowing, not caring.

It basks in the rays
And expands its boundaries
It wants to bond
Tempting the other elements
Wanting to understand
Wanting to fill its void

It builds up and it gets stronger
Spurting out flames
It wraps my world in warmth
Sparkles on my face
Shines in my eyes
Brightens my world

My heart burns with passion-
Loving music, loving life-
With light and shadows,
Sparkling debris
Shining luminously
As it casts its shadows.
